2011 FFL Novice State Championship
Tournament Information
FLORIDA
OVERVIEW OF SCHEDULE
1. The first 4 rounds of all events (except Policy Debate) will be held on Saturday. All events will eat lunch after round 2.
2. Rounds 5 will be on Sunday morning.
3. Elimination rounds will begin after round 5 on Sunday morning.
4. Awards will be held after the completion of final rounds in all events except Policy Debate, which will run on its own schedule and hold separate awards ceremonies as necessary.
ARRIVAL AT TIMBER CREEK HIGH SCHOOL
All coaches/judges/students should plan to arrive on the campus of Timber Creek High School no later than 8:00 AM. Students should report to the CAFETERIA for the Opening Assembly, which will begin at 8:15 AM. Coaches and Judges should report to the Media Center – the judges’ lounge – this is where instructions and judge call will take place for the remainder of the tournament.
FINAL REGISTRATION
Final registration will be held at the tournament hotel (The Radisson) on Friday, May 13th 2011. Registration will begin at 8:00 pm and close promptly at 10:00 pm.
