Policy - Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially reduce its military and/or police presence in one or more of the following: South Korea, Japan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, Turkey. 

LD - Sept/Oct:  Resolved: States ought not possess nuclear weapons.

Tentative Schedule:

7:30am               Judges check into judges room, participants check in with their coach
7:45am               Judge instructions are given and then ballots start to be handed out
8am                    Postings for round 1
8:15am               Judges are in room, ready to judge round 1, and debaters are at room
8:30-10:15am     Round 1
10:15am - noon  Round 2
12pm - 12:45      LUNCH BREAK
12:45 - 2:30       Round 3
2:30 - 4:30         Round 4
