League Information
Overview

The Tennessee High School Speech and Drama League (THSSDL) serves as a professional establishment for theatre and speech educators of the state. A major principle of the league is to not only keep bettering current speech/drama programs but to also establish new ones. Competition occurs during a majority of the year. The state divides itself into districts, and after each district has held a State Qualifier Tournament, the top performers then move on to State.
