Resolved: In the United States, plea bargaining undermines the criminal justice system.

 From the NFL--"Note: In the December voting, the "legalize marijuana" resolution received 47% percent of the vote and was therefore placed on the ballot for January. In this past January voting, this resolution was not preferred and will therefore be removed from future 2010-2011 ballots."
